Ear Curation & Lobe Repair in North Andover, MA

Your ear is a canvas. Let's design it properly.

Not sure how to style your ear or which piercings actually work together? Ear curation is a fully guided, one-on-one design service, not a walk-in piercing. You'll fill out a short design form after booking so we understand your style and goals, then the appointment itself is split between designing your look together and bringing it to life.

  • Minimum of 5 piercings included in the design

Designed by Our Team

Every ear curation is done personally by our piercers, trained and licensed under Massachusetts Body Art Regulations. Small details make the biggest difference in a curated ear, and that's where we spend most of our attention: how pieces sit next to each other, how the metals and shapes complement one another, and how the whole design reads as one cohesive look instead of a scattered collection of piercings.

That range shows in the results. One recent design paired delicate gold flat jewelry with a chain and dangle for a soft, modern look. Another, a men's lobe styling, used a set of marquise-cut gold studs for a clean, sophisticated finish. Different styles, same principle: the jewelry should work together, not just exist next to each other.

All piercings are done with sterile needles, never piercing guns, for a more precise, less traumatic placement. Our sterilization and hygiene practices follow Association of Professional Piercers standards as well as OSHA and CDC guidelines, and our aftercare guidance is drawn directly from the APP's published protocols. Clients often describe the studio itself as spotless, closer to a clinical environment than a typical piercing shop.

Cartilage piercings are available starting at age 14. Facial piercings (lips, Medusa, Madonna, snake bites, eyebrows) require a minimum age of 16.

Repairing Stretched or Torn Lobes First

Sometimes the lobe itself needs attention before a curated design can really shine, especially if it's been stretched from gauges or heavy earrings over the years, or torn from an earring catching or an old piercing gradually working its way into a slit.
We offer non-surgical lobuloplasty, a chemical peel treatment that corrects torn, split, or stretched earlobes without surgery or stitches.

What to Expect

  • The procedure takes about 30 minutes

  • A chemical peel is applied directly to the area

  • You may feel a minor burning sensation for a couple of hours afterward

  • Downtime is minimal, most clients scab off within 5-7 days

  • Multiple treatments may be needed depending on the extent of the damage

This is a great first step for anyone who wants to re-pierce an area that's been damaged, tighten lobes that have thinned or stretched with age, or simply reset before starting a fresh ear curation design.

Is It Right For You?

Lobuloplasty isn't recommended if you have an active skin infection, a history of keloid scarring, or a bleeding disorder. Our team will review your ear and history with you before treatment to confirm it's a good fit.

Full aftercare instructions for both piercing and lobe treatments are available on our Aftercare page.
